Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know

Common questions about ordering books, submitting manuscripts, international shipping, and working with Caliana Press.

Ordering & Shipping

Visit any book's page on calianapress.com and click the purchase button. Books are available through our direct store, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other major retailers through the Ingram distribution network.

Yes. Books ordered through Amazon or other retailers ship according to that retailer's international shipping policies. Books ordered through our direct store are printed and fulfilled globally through our print-on-demand network, which means your book is printed at the facility closest to you — reducing shipping time and cost.

Print-on-demand books typically require 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Exact delivery estimates depend on your location and the retailer you order through.

Most Caliana Press titles are available in trade paperback, hardcover (case laminate and dust jacket), and ebook (EPUB and PDF). Audiobook editions are planned for select titles. Check the individual book page for format availability.

For orders of 25+ copies, contact us at hello@calianapress.com with the title, quantity, and intended use. We offer volume pricing for educational institutions, book clubs, and organizations.

For Authors

Visit our Submission Guidelines page for current requirements, accepted genres, and the submission process. We accept submissions across all fiction and nonfiction genres.

We publish across all genres: technothrillers, crime fiction, literary fiction, historical fiction, devotional and spiritual writing, educational textbooks, professional guides, poetry, and white papers.

Yes. Follow the guidelines on our Submissions page. We review every submission that meets our formatting requirements.

We aim to respond to all submissions within 90 days. If your manuscript advances to the next stage, we will contact you directly.

Ebooks & Digital

EPUB and PDF. EPUB is the universal standard compatible with Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble Nook, Google Play Books, and most ebook readers. PDF is available for titles where fixed layout matters (textbooks, workbooks, illustrated guides).

Yes. EPUB files can be sent directly to Kindle via Amazon's Send to Kindle feature. Many of our titles are also available natively on the Kindle store through KDP.

Audiobook editions are planned for select titles. When available, they will be distributed through Audible, Apple Books, Google Play, and other major audiobook platforms. Check individual book pages for current availability.
